Dad's Queso
Ingredients
- 16 oz Velveeta, cubed
- 2 cans nacho cheese soup
- 1 can chili no beans (Wolf Brand preferred)
- 2 small or 1 large, fresh Anaheim pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 5 pods garlic, peeled and finely diced
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup chili powder
Instructions
- Cube the Velveeta and add to a double boiler or slow cooker to begin melting
- As the Velveeta is melting, prepare all other ingredients and add to mixture
- Let queso continue to melt and stir occassionally to incorporate all ingredients
- Serve hot with tortilla chips
